We understand that life happens, and plans may need to change. To protect our stylists’ time and maintain fairness for all guests, Haven & Hue Hair Co. upholds the following policies:
• 48+ hours’ notice: No charge.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 25% fee of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations: 50% fee of the scheduled service.
• No-call / no-shows: Not tolerated. A no-show will result in a 100% fee and may require prepayment for future appointments or denial of future bookings.
Card on File:
A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment. This card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation, late arrival, or no-show policies.
To respect every guest’s time and ensure our stylists can provide the best work possible:
• Up to 10 minutes late: Your service may be modified to fit the remaining time.
• More than 10 minutes late: Your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
Arriving on time allows us to give you the full Haven & Hue experience you deserve.
Haven & Hue Hair Co. is committed to maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful to our staff or other guests.
To ensure a safe, relaxing environment for all guests:
• Children are welcome only if they are receiving a service or accompanied by an adult who can safely supervise them at all times.
• Pets are not permitted unless they are certified service animals.
To protect the relaxation and focus needed during your service, we ask that guests limit phone use, keep devices on silent, and avoid speakerphone conversations inside the salon.
Accepted payments: Cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Refunds:
We do not offer cash refunds on services or products. If you experience an issue with your hair, we’re happy to schedule an adjustment within our 7-day service guarantee window.
